This release fixes an issue with indents in codeblocks within messages and improves the invite-based onboarding flow for the desktop web.

• Adds an inviteToken URL parameter to the Home screen of the app, which lets Tlon Hosting reliably forward logged-in users to accept or deny a group invitation through the Lure service
• Fixes an issue where codeblocks in messages would strip any indented whitespace before the line
• Removes a workaround where we would subscribe to %reel on app open, the underlying cause for which is fixed in a recent change to Eyre
• Adds a new agent, %dumb-proxy, a general-purpose proxy server for HTTP requests to avoid CORS restrictions
