Hotfix release which fixes two critical issues affecting app launch.

• Fixes an issue where the app would crash on launch if the "Enable collecting and reporting performance data" switch was turned on in Settings
• Fixes an issue where deleting the app before logging out of a Tlon Hosting account would cause the reinstalled app to hang on the splash screen
