Adds guided onboarding for first-time users to set up a recurring digest, daily learning series, or ongoing research prompt. Also adds a modern native look and feel, fixes a critical issue with reconnecting to the server after ~30 days, and makes several UX fixes. Finally, adds a toggle to use model providers through OpenRouter who advertise zero-data retention policies.

• Adds guided onboarding for first-time hosted users to set up a recurring digest, daily learning series, or ongoing research prompt.
• Adds a "New Tlonbot group" option to the + menu on the home screen for hosted users. This will create a new, single-channel secret group with your Tlonbot; no need to create a new group and invite it.
• Adds a toggle to Tlonbot settings for hosted users to use model providers through OpenRouter who advertise zero-data retention policies.
• Moves header and navigation controls to Liquid Glass on iOS and to native system controls on Android.
• Adds a "Mark Channel as Read" action to Notebook channels.
• Fixes a few cosmetic issues when connecting xAI and OpenAI subscription accounts.
• Renames "Copy Link to Note" to "Copy Tlon Reference" in the Notebook action menu.
• Suppresses foreground push notifications for the currently-active channel.
• Fixes a critical issue where hosted users who reopened the app after 30+ days idle would use an incorrect session authentication, which would cause the app to not receive updates and display "Reconnecting…" indefinitely.
