Webapp v11.0.0

This release adds media and file sharing capabilites to thread replies. It also makes some cosmetic fixes.

• Adds the ability to attach or record videos to replies (threads) in Chat channels and DMs
• Adds support for recording and playing back voice messages with transcriptions in threads
• Adds support for uploading arbitrary file types in threads
• Improves the empty channel message for new channels and groups

This release introduces a protocol change to the %channels and %chat agents to add support for file/video/audio uploads. For a brief period, you may be unable to communicate via DM or in channels with others on the network who have not received and applied the update.
