Webapp v11.1.0

This release adds back-end support for displaying the Tlonbot gateway status. Users will now have a baseline indication if their Tlonbot is up and running, and if not, what its status is.

• Adds a new agent, %gateway-status, which displays gateway liveness for the Tlonbot. The agent tracks owner DM recency, sends offline auto-replies while the gateway is down, sends a back-online notice after restart when the owner was recently active, and uses a heartbeat lease so it can distinguish graceful shutdowns from hard crashes.
